WomensCalendar fees are outlined as such:
The fee is 2.0% of the amount received from those purchasing tickets.
For example, if WomensCalendar receives $100.00 USD in ticket sales, the fee would be $2.00 USD.
WomensCalendar fees only apply when tickets are sold, and the only other fee associated with the process is taken by PayPal when funds are transferred from WomensCalendar to your PayPal account.
PayPal fees are outlined as such:
The fee in the U.S. is 2.9% plus $0.30 USD of the amount transferred.
For example, if WomensCalendar sends you $100.00 USD, the fee would be $3.20 USD ($2.90 + $0.30).
Here’s an example, from start to finish.
Let’s suppose WomensCalendar collects $1,000 USD in ticket sales for your event.
The first fee (WomensCalendar) would take 2.0% off the top, equating to a fee of $20 (1000 * .02 = 20) and leaving $980.00 USD (1000 – 20 = 980) to be transferred via PayPal.
The second fee (PayPal) would take 2.9% + $.30 USD from this amount, equating to a fee of $28.72 (980 * .029 + .30 = 28.72) and ultimately transferring $951.28 (980 – 28.72) to your PayPal account.
